

Hello, I’m Trishna.
I’ve always been deeply curious about people, their emotions, and the stories they carry beneath the surface. Long before I had language for it, I felt called to create spaces where individuals could simply exist, be seen, and safely tap into what they were feeling without judgment or pressure to fix anything.
This work is both personal and professional. It’s rooted in my belief that emotional wellness begins when we are given permission to slow down, listen inward, and show up as our full selves.
My Story
As a licensed mental health professional, facilitator, and founder, my work has lived at the intersection of emotional wellness, leadership, and community care. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals and organizations through moments of transition, stress, and growth while also witnessing how often emotional well-being is overlooked until burnout or crisis appears.
The WELL Method™ was born from both professional experience and lived truth. It reflects my desire to weave emotional wellness into everyday life rather than reserve it for moments of distress. Rooted in Weaving Emotional Living & Liberation, this work honors the fullness of being human, our complexity, tenderness and capacity for non-linear growth.
At its core, my passion has always been about holding space: for reflection, for rest, for honesty, and for connection. The WELL Method exists to support individuals, communities, and professionals in engaging emotional wellness with intention, compassion, and sustainability.
